SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Philip I. AD 244-249. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 11.95 g, 6h). Struck AD 248. Radiate and cuirassed bust left, with slight drapery; gorgoneion on breastplate / Eagle standing facing, head right, with wreath in beak and wings spread; in two lines in exergue, ANTIOXIA/S C. McAlee 907a; Prieur 357. Good VF, minor porosity.
